It’s been a while since the last time I saw these people. No, I don’t want this to sound melodramatic since, well, we still chat and exchange SMS sometimes just to know how everyone’s been doing; but, somehow…things are a little too different now.
Eight months ago, I was laughing and goofing around with all these silly people. It was really fun. It was so fun, it didn’t feel like we were working. We were part of the big happy family but you know how life is, shit happens. So we were compelled to part ways.
Fast forward, now, we are living our own separate lives. Some have gone abroad. Some have gone to other companies. Some are happy while others aren’t. But one thing is for sure, whatever we feel right now, wherever we are in the world - we all all came from that one big happy family.
I just miss my Sykes family, really.
